First you have to be experts(End to end) in your Skills and also be aware with integrated module. 2. Spent at least 2 - 3 years in one company. 3. Visit Onsite Location and get a good performance rating. 4. Be Capable to discuss with client and make satisfy with own opinion. After become a TL 1. Make daily report and send to manager. 2. Movement type 645, 647,301, 311 will take place as 1 step Stock transfer. Movement type 641, 643, 303, 305, 313, 315 will take place as 2 step Stock transfer. 301 – Plant to Plant transfer for intracompany for one step. 303 – Plant to Plant transfer for intracompany for two step.
