First you have to be experts(End to end) in your Skills and also be aware with integrated module. 2. Spent at least 2 - 3 years in one company. 3. Visit Onsite Location and get a good performance rating. 4. Be Capable to discuss with client and make satisfy with own opinion. After become a TL 1. Make daily report and send to manager. 2.
